Common questions

Do you do personal care?

No. Washing, dressing, medication administration, continence care, that is regulated personal care, and we are not a regulated provider. Some people have us for the skills-and-life side and a separate regulated provider for personal care.

Do you own the properties?

No. Tenancies are between the person and their landlord. We are the support provider.

Can I choose my staff?

Yes, as much as we can make it work with the team we have.
