What we do not provide

Referral process

  1. Submit the referral

    Use the routed enquiry form on the contact page. Pick the right service and it lands on the right manager's desk. Attach the most recent social care assessment and any risk information.

  2. Screening

    5 working days

    If we think we are a fit, we propose an assessment visit.

  3. Assessment

    10 working days

    We arrange an assessment visit within 10 working days of the visit being requested.

  4. Decision and proposed support plan

    5 working days

    We send back our decision and a proposed support plan within 5 working days of the assessment.

Commercial

Our rates vary by service, support level, frequency and complexity, so we share them on request rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all card.
