Community Enabling
One-to-one support in and out of the home that builds confidence through everyday life.
Community Enabling is about the stuff that makes up a life. Getting to an appointment. Keeping on top of the laundry. Making a phone call you have been putting off. Going to the gym, the café, a meet-up, a mate's place.
Our team is there to give the right amount of push and the right amount of backing. The aim is not to do things for you, it is to help you do them, and then to help you do them on your own.

Common questions
How many hours can I have?
Whatever your plan agrees. Most people have between 2 and 20 hours a week, sometimes more.
Is it the same worker every time?
We aim for consistency. For most people, one or two named workers who know them well, not a rota of strangers. Short-notice cover sometimes changes the picture, and where that happens we tell you upfront.
Can sessions happen in the evenings or at weekends?
Yes, depending on the plan and staff availability. We set expectations upfront so there are no surprises.
What if it is not working out?
