What are our Day Services? ​​​​​

Our Day Services are designed to offer a wide range of opportunities, introducing new experiences to everyone who attends. We provide engaging sessions in photography, cooking, arts, money management, planning outings, sports, gym sessions, hydrotherapy, and community integration.

We also encourage individuals to challenge social stigma surrounding additional needs by building confidence and advocating for inclusion.

We regularly review and adapt what we offer to ensure a diverse, evolving programme that introduces fresh experiences and meaningful engagement. Whether it’s developing practical life skills, trying out a new sport, or simply getting out into the community, our Day Services provide an inclusive, supportive space for growth and discovery.
